NOTICE
The Motorsports Kenya Federation hereby invites nominations for the upcoming 2026 Elections. All qualified members are encouraged to submit their nomination forms by the specified deadline of Friday, 3 July 2026 at 5:00 PM (EAT). Please note that late applications will strictly not be accepted under any circumstances to ensure a transparent and fair electoral process.
Official Election Notice
The Motorsports Kenya Federation (MK-F) hereby issues this official notice for the Elections 2026. This process is governed by the national constitution and the sports act, ensuring a transparent, fair, and democratic leadership transition for the governing body of motorsports in Kenya.
Potential candidates must meet all eligibility requirements, including valid membership status, professional clean records, and a demonstrated commitment to the advancement of motorsport. Nominations must be submitted using the official prescribed forms available for download below.
Eligibility will be strictly vetted by the independent electoral committee. All documents must be submitted to the secretariat before the specified deadline. Late submissions or incomplete applications will not be processed under any circumstances to maintain the integrity of the election cycle.
Positions Available
President
The chief executive officer of the Federation, providing strategic leadership and vision.
Vice President
Supports the President and oversees key internal committees and federation initiatives.
Secretary General
Responsible for all administrative functions, correspondence, and official records.
Treasurer
Oversees the financial stability, budgeting, and fiscal transparency of the Federation.

Announcement of Candidates
The official list of validated candidates for all available positions is released to the public.

Election Day & Results
Voting takes place followed by the tallying and formal announcement of the 2026 election results. Venue Windsor Golf & Country Club - 02.00PM
Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must be a citizen of Kenya and a holder of a valid National Identity Card or Passport.
Must be a fully paid-up member of an affiliated club for at least two consecutive years preceding the election date.
Must not have been convicted of any criminal offense or subject to any sports-related disciplinary measures in the last 5 years.
